Construction and Logistics is responsible for:

1. Management of Construction of all SPLOST-funded building, renovation, and modification activities
2. Management of all the procurement of all non-SPLOST funded building, renovation, and modification activities at the local schools
3. Oversight of furniture and equipment purchases and moves as affected by construction projects
4. Oversight of placement, installation, and furnishing of temporary facilities such as portable classrooms
5. Oversight and construction of any ADA modifications required at school facilities
