The Events & Venue Management Department is responsible for planning, managing, and producing district events and coordinating facility space reservations and rentals by schools, school support organizations, and third-party organizations.

Event Services provides the highest level of customer service while delivering professional and courteous coordination, technical, and production services for live corporate and public events in a variety of venues. Our team has a proven track record of producing high-profile, high-quality events for a fraction of the cost of contracting external providers while also providing unique opportunities for students. We work collaboratively with district divisions, departments, and schools to plan, coordinate, manage, and produce events incorporating venue design, décor, multimedia content, audiovisual technology, lighting, live streaming and more to produce exceptional events. 

Venue Management is responsible for working with clients interested in scheduling activities in Cobb County School District facilities and/or on school grounds. Our event and venue spaces include classrooms, theaters, cafeterias, athletic facilities, and more. Our team can assist you in finding the right venue to best suit your needs.
